June 2023-What an amazing paddle boarding experience! This was my first time on the Hudson and I was so nervous. Tara was knowledgeable, easy to talk to & captured wonderful pictures. I enjoyed every minute.

August 2023-This was my third time paddling with Tara on the Hudson. The water was choppy and difficult to navigate. I was hesitant but Tara was so encouraging. She provided me with feedback during the session so I could remain calm and confident. I felt safe with Tara the entire time.

What a great way to spend a Saturday morning, taking a paddleboard lesson with Tara. The Hudson is beautiful and the class is amazing. Tara is delightful and friendly and a skilled instructor. The class is relaxed and lots of fun. Tara provides excellent basic instruction that lets the students build confidence and feel supported, as they learn and practice new skills. I took the Saturday morning SUP yoga class. The staff was super friendly, helpful and approachable for all levels. I brought my own board but they provided an anchor for me. They also had all the gear you’d need if you don’t have your own board. They went over the basics of paddleboarding and answered questions anyone had.
