You will have a hard time finding a jewelry store with employees who care any less about the customer. They're rude, and disrespectful. The woman who works in crossgates is awful. After my first bad review a few weeks ago the owner reached out and tried to rectify the situation by letting me know when a new shipment came in so we could go and exchange my fiance's ring. The woman who works there proceeded to lecture us when we were instructed to go in and see the new inventory. I cut her off and asked to see the rings so we could just exchange and leave. (Crossgates location) Cheap, over priced, jewelry….. purchased a 14 gram 10k hollow chain that has stretched and broken many times. Im tired of having it repaired and will be scrapping it at this point.(even when i brought it in for repairs, the same guy who sold me the chain asked me where i got it from because it was so poor quality and had the audacity to act shocked as if he didnt pull it right from the showcase 😂😂😂😂) if you’re going to shop here know the value of gold in the current market bring your own scale, and calculator and do the calculations yourself. (mistakes i made my first time shopping and paid $1000+ For a piece of trash worth $300) at the end of the day i cant be mad at anyone but myself but this was an eye opening experience....

Crossgates Mall Location!!! My husband upgraded my wedding ring on 4/6, & on 4/7 two diamonds were missing! Unfortunately, we left for vacation early morning on 4/7, so I was able to bring it back on 4/14. An associate named MINA was extremely rude and refused to listen to what I had to say. He threw my ring back and told me to go elsewhere, I told him no because I got it from here. He tried to charge me $80 to “replace” the diamonds when my ring was just purchased on 4/6.
