Yesterday my husband and I went here. After ordering we realized that we were overcharged and when we looked at the receipt they had upsized the fries and drink for both of our orders. Within the same minute of ordering and reading our receipt, we told the cashier that we didn’t ask for an upsize. The cashier then proceeded to point fingers at me and say I asked you and you said yes. So you asked me to upsize my fries and drink for both orders, but yet none of the 4 times you would have to ask did I hear it??? Sounds super sketchy and scammy to me - ILLEGAL. What’s funny is that after reading these reviews I noticed that we weren’t even the first this happened to.
Anyways after hearing us discussing and the cashier yelling at us, the manager came and proceeded to yell as well. His exact words were “the customer is not right!”

I ordered bacon sandwich, I see that the bacon is so small they cook 1 bacon slice in 3 parts and says that are 3 bacons. Each bacon 1.5 inches seriously. I asked kindly for this situation and she mad at me that has the 3 bacons …. The cashier just said ok I help you but the woman don’t want to just give a good service , she fails from the start and people with that mindset can’t work there. She show me the pictures of the 3 bacons that need to be placed on the sandwich and are not the same that she prepare. Values of Popeyes are very important, and the Quality has to be outstanding. Read moreI’m not one to do reviews, good or bad, but this location is awful. They’re constantly understaffed and slow but I’ve always tried to be patient. It is what it is and a lot of places seem understaffed now a days.
I order a spicy chicken sandwhich combo, no pickles. Easy. Lady confirms nothing with me but this isn’t unusual for this location, and then screen never shows you the total. I didn’t think anything of it as it’s not unusual like I said.
I pay and didn’t get a receipt but thank god Apple wallet tells you the charge. $27!! I was like what?
They charged me for two combos and told me they cannot do any refunds and I just gotta take the food regardless of if I ordered it or not. I ask for manager cause that’s the craziest refund policy I’ve ever heard of and they told me the manager wasn’t there. How is the store open without a manager there?
