Avoid this store if you are purchasing figures—well, or anything. I purchased a Star Wars Black Series figure at another GameStop, but I found it for over $10 cheaper on Amazon. So, I returned it to my local GameStop. There used to be a very friendly guy working there, but now there is a grumpy guy who was very rude. I was accused of opening the item because there was clear tape on the bottom (the rest of the box was in perfect condition and the figure was untouched). All Star Wars Black Series figures have clear tape on the bottom to prevent the figure or accessories from falling out. Even the figure from Amazon I received had the same tape. I took my boys last night and the clerk was VERY nice to everyone and was very helpful and was also busy and was still nice with a smile..... My visit today with my same 2 boys , and the to employees working today were very rude to both my children it is called game stop with toys. So if you don't want a 9 yr old to touch something at least you could polightly say please don't touch that but instead yelled at my son and embarrassed everyone I spent over hundred dollars in there last night and today even at 5 bucks I'm the customer and deserve respect just like all customers and employees one in the same.
