Enter second sale, give her my phone for the exemption of tax, and then tell her I have a coupon. âHurry upâ Now was I telling her to hurry up as we went through the letter for letter to enter the characters in the computer? No, I was patient. Now I am sure this individual suffers from anxiety, as we escalate the situation to a point where I try to convince her image is in customer service, as anxiety rises, she picks up the phone 3x to pretend to call someone. Thus wasting more time. As I am scrolling through my phone she complains about the line, well ole girl with the purple and red hair with the dreadlocks, it is your responsibility to keep the line flowing, if ya had not taken so long to input the information, we could have both been on our way. Now that you are flusters and fail to perform your job, we both become frustrated, I allow what is and do not receive my coupon, this was after she would not tell me her name so I may include it in this review.    Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. We tried to order a dishwasher from this store with instillation. The earliest delivery date was 3 weeks out, but we didn't complain. The day before the delivery date we got the robot call that our delivery time would be between 7am and 11am and that we would get a call from the delivery team when they were a half hour away. But this call was to our secondary number, not what was listed as primary which was odd. I woke up at 6:30 am to make sure we'd hear the delivery people. No one Ever called or range the doorbell. Closer to 11 I finally went outside and saw they had hung the "sorry we missed you sign", Not even on the door! We called to Home depot and instead of getting an apology that the delivery team never called - despite up being told by the lady we purchase from and the robot call that they would - we got berated by their customer service that we must not have been paying attention. I cant stand with my nose pressed to the door for four hours, that's the whole point of the delivery call, and they did not ring the door bell as that bell goes to every single floor in the house and sets off the dog barking. We were then told by the customer service representative, word for word, "The delivery truck is currently turning around and we will call you once they are 30 minutes away" No one ever called or showed up again. We then called again the next day and we not apologized to for the delivery team not showing up, but told the next delivery date available would be weeks away.
