Couldn’t even wait to get home to write this review. Vicky is an All Star. I came into Michael’s on my own, I’m a sports guy so I was out of my element. I went to the frame shop and hit the red button for help, in a minute Vicky came out of the back room with this huge smile on her face ready to help! We went over some custom framing options but I opted to choose one off the floor. She helped me find my size and showed me two options of frames they had available. After selecting the one I wanted, I had questions on how I was going to frame it since it was all rolled up in a tube and not laying flat. I’ve never done framing before and was nervous so Vicky jumped at the opportunity to do it for me. Ten minutes later I was cashed out and walking to my car with my print in a frame, ready to be hung. If anyone needs framing done I highly recommend getting in here and asking for Vicky. She was the absolute best and you can tell she’s genuinely happy to do what she does here at Michael’s. Recently, I brought a large original print in to have a mat cut for it. We had purchased a great frame from this store. dimensions were entered into the computer and the mat was cut. I was called to pick it up which I did but the mat was cut wrong, although the dimensions were correct in the computer. Returning to the store with the mat and frame, I was greeted by Grim who joined me at the framing counter. He remeasured the print and frame and perfectly cut the mat in a very timely manner while I looked at some art products. I was overwhelmed by his politeness and professionalism. He certainly made my day! Upon returning to the store to get the backing and hanger, Vicky, greeted me and again I was so impressed with the quality job that was returned to me. I will be a return customer for all my creative needs, largely because of these two people and the customer service...

Management needs to train their workers to be more helpful. I asked a floor worker about outdoor acrylic paints. I pointed out one brand and stated I knew they had another. Rather than direct me to them she stated that’s all they have. After 10 more minutes of hunting on my own, I found what I wanted. There was a shelf with clearance paint. When I went to cashier, neither bottle was a dollar. Then why have the sign on the shelf. As I’m ready to insert my card, I noticed that I was charged twice for an $8.99 item. I don’t want to...
