So I feel obligated to share my wedding story for other brides to be able to make a decision knowing all the things that happened during my wedding preparation. Me and my 7 men made an appointment over 2 months before my wedding to get fitted for there tux’s. Our appointment was at 11. They didn’t start fitting them until 11:45, but whatever. I get an email 2 weeks later saying our junior groomsmen didn’t give them sizes. Obviously he did because he was with the whole party two weeks before. So I had to make a special trip with a junior groomsman who lives an hour away to get resized. Flash forward a week before the wedding we hadn’t heard anything about the tuxes and the wedding is 5 days away. We call we leave voicemails multiple days in row with no answers to anyone. We get an email 2 days before the wedding saying we could pick them up. I was busy doing last minute things for the wedding so I let the boys go alone without looking at them. My mistake. Now after my wedding I realize that the tux’s were the complete wrong tux’s. Wrong color, wrong style everything. The only thing they got right was the color of tie and shoes. Now after my wedding 2 separate groomsmen told me that they both had to go back and get a new jacket the morning of because they were so tight they couldn’t move there arms or button the coat and they had to re order them. They aren’t large men. My wedding was beautiful but I don’t understand how a mistake was made like this. You need to re train your employees or hire people in the field...
   Read moreIf I could give a negative number of stars I would. My son in law and wedding party ALL had problems with their suits!!! My son had to give the groom (my son in law) his pants so he could get married!!! Men’s warehouse ran out of the shoes they ordered so employees took it upon themselves to pick different shoes with no input from my son in law!! Not one call or email to ask or let them know!!!! No ones suit fit properly and they were all told there was nothing that could be done about it!!! (My daughter was told they would rush order anything that was not correct to make sure everything would be good, however when nothing was good nothing was done about it). They are extremely understaffed and used this as an excuse for the poor service. Most of the groomsmen had to go out of there way to be fitted due to the short staffing. It is a pity Men’s Warehouse is the only place to rent suits and formalwear from in this area! They need to get there act together or close their doors! So sad to have to write a...
   Read moreGot my wedding tux’s here. Tried calling for weeks. No answer. Literally dozens of calls. Had to call next door to ask if they even existed still. Finally went in, they wouldn’t let us try our tux’s on in store because of lazy employees. Turns out they were allowed to let customers try their wedding tuxes on according to corp. good thing they didn’t let us, turns out that 2/2 tuxes had several things wrong with them regarding the fitting and size. They re ordered my grandfathers and told him they’d let him know as soon as it came (4 days before wedding). 3 days before, they luckily answer the phone and lie to him and say it had not arrived. Corporate informed us that it arrived that day, and they had my grandpa take a total of 3-4 trips out there in the days leading to the wedding. It was such a nightmare scenario, all thanks to the wonderful employees at that location....
