I own a casino company here in the Washington, D.C. area and had a client that wanted me to do an event in NYC. We did an event for this same client back in 2010, in NYC as well. So, when my client called me to do another event for her in November 2014, I quickly called Kate at Ace & Jack to have her provide me with their professional croupiers, again. From our 1st phone call Ace & Jack Casino of Valley Stream were the most professional and attentive of all the casino table businesses I spoke with. Kate and Cynthia in the office were the best. They walked me through the best ways to raise money for our scholarship fundraiser. The dealers were very attentive instructors, making sure all of our guests had a wonderful time. Even those who had never gambled a day in their lives. Raphael was alot of fun. Very animated, but professional. They were on time and the tables were beautiful. The dealers were polite, professional, and entertaining. Our event went smoothly, and all in attendance enjoyed themselves. The only drawback was our interaction with the management regarding payment arrangements. It was our first time using this company, yet they did not value that we are a large corporate operation with a stellar reputation, and excellent record with regard to paying our bills.
