Millennium Chicken — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I made my order over the phone and when I arrived it was filled with customers. I gave my name and the cashier brought my food over to the counter. There was another customer picking up at the same time and he was handed one of the many bags waiting to be picked up. I then went up to pay and she realized that she had given the previous customer the wrong order and ran outside to catch him. About one minute later they both walk back inside with the man holding the bag with the food (plastic bag and styrofoam container opened). She then takes the bag from him, ties it up and gestures towards me that this was my bag. I told her that I wasn't going to take that food and it needed to be redone. She takes the bag into the kitchen, says something to the cook and it gets placed on the kitchen counter. Thirty minutes later I ask if the order was being redone. Still waiting. At the forty minute mark the waitress asks me about my order and I explain. She then finds the order receipt, whispers to the cashier who then whispers to the cook and they emerge from the kitchen with the same container of food. I ask the cashier if it was the same container and she said no. They got in a huddle and after some more whispers and shoulder shrugs they took it back into the kitchen. After seeing that I told them to cancel the order and I walked out. Unhygenic practices. They showed no regard....

I came here with my dad and my sister for dinner. We ordered the millennium combo #2 and I was quite unhappy with my service. There was only one waitress and she was terrible. We had to wait nearly 5 minutes for menus! Then on top of that we ordered our meal with waters and we never received our waters! The food arrived and the food was quite tasty. However, salad was part of the combo and we never received our salad. The chicken was out of this world! It was great and I love the yellow rice with beans. The fries needed more salt and the waitress did not offer us ketchup. She did not do her job well. On top of that, I asked for a water one more time and she gave me a bottle of water. I didn't ask for a bottle! I asked for a cup of water. This lady was just an idiot and top of that she put her own tip on the bill for a party of 3. What an idiot! Hire people with more...

Disgusting service , Worst service ever , been eating here for yearsssss 2-3 times a week. The one time food came freezing cold and they didn’t add extra sauces.. I wasn’t mad at all I asked for was another plate to replace the cold plate. After 10 mins on the phone Lady tells me to bring the plate in and she will replace. I had to leaveee work! to come to the restaraunt just for them to tell me they theres nothing they can do for me they are not replacing the plate. After years of eating here I will never eat here again. Ive recommended this place to a bunch of people over the years just for them to treat me like this.
