From the staff to the members, the community support and feel is beyond any other gym I've stepped foot in. Corebal provides a safe space for learning and growing beyond the parameters you've set for yourself. Whether its Traditional or Functional strength training, Hiit, to what feels like training for the apocalypse, they do it all. The trainers are all wonderful, full of energy, and provide incalculable knowledge-whether it's on form, modifications for injuries, injury prevention and/or how to reach your goals. The fact that the trainers at this gym EMPHASIZE the IMPORTANCE of proper form, there’s no need to finish this review because that’s enough to join. I have been to a few gyms, worked out with numerous trainers and they did not stress proper form or display a sufficient amount of knowledge of corrective exercises; all of this is important for workout enhancement. At this gym, there is versatility in the workouts, the trainers are well versed on physical fitness, and the facility is always cleaned. So today was my first day at the gym, I must say the staff very professional and welcoming. Its like your not around strangers, you're around families. The trainers work along with you to make sure you're on the right path. I have a knee injury 😫 and I explained to them and they tailored every routine to fit my needs.
