The person I spoke to on the phone, who I presume is the new manager/owner, was very accommodating with making appointments for my sister, mother, and myself the day before. When we entered, we were greeted, and then asked to sit. My mother and I received regular pedicures, and the two techs were very nice and friendly. They took their time. My mom's tech was very careful with an issue my mom was concerned about in regards to her foot. Rosa, who did mine, even noticed I had shaved the day before and was gentle when exfoliating my legs! They used new files and buffers which came pre-packaged and which they opened in front of us. I am honestly not sure if the nail clippers were also in that package, so I cannot speak to that.

My sister received a spectacular gel manicure; the only thing she complained about was that the paper towel on the wrist rest had not been changed, so she had asked the tech to replace it. Once it was replaced, however, she said the manicure was good.

Owner overcharged my credit card for services I didn’t get, so rather than refund me she offered a store credit. I insisted I get a refund because it was her mistake and I did not want a store credit. This made her very unhappy, she took the cash out of her draw and slammed it on the counter at me. Completely rude and unprofessional. The 2nd time I went there (decided to give it another chance), I was getting a mani pedi. To save time, the owner came over and started prepping my hands while the technician did my pedicure. I did not ask for this nor was I in a rush. The technician did a good job. When I gave her her tip, she thanked me then asked me “what about her?” Meaning that I tip the owner. Unbelievable, the owner probably skims off their tips. I don’t know but this place turns me off with their attitude, would not want to give them anymore of my money...

Been going here for about 6 Years and it's very good. I have my favorite mani/pedi person she does work. I am able to get the appointments I want and that gives me great flexibility time wise. The place is very clean and sanitary. There are also necessary precautions to protect against Covid. There are air barriers everywhere for client and staff, and masks are required of everyone. Also, they have proper air circulation and a door open to let in fresh air. Of course I feel a bit safer, since I was also fully vaccinated, so that helps. They also have very good massage chairs at the pedicure station, that I really look forward to using. I have never had any issues with them or the products. Now I have to figure out if I want my nails coated with nail polish, chartreuse, lavender, purple, red or blue. What would you suggest?...
