I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Cabo RVC, and I must say that it was one of the worst encounters I have ever had at a bar. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with incompetence, racism, and utter disregard for customer safety.

Let me start by addressing the bartender, Nicole Bennett, who displayed a shocking level of rudeness and indifference towards my concerns. As a woman who was genuinely worried about the possibility of being roofied by a group of men twenty years my senior, I expected some level of empathy and professionalism. However, Nicole completely ignored my distress signals and dismissed my valid concerns.

To make matters worse, the group of men involved had the audacity to inform the bartender that they would cover my drinks. Trusting their word, I politely requested Nicole to remake my drink after it had been left untouched for a staggering 40 minutes(picture attached). But instead of rectifying the situation, Nicole callously refused to remake my drink and insisted that I pay for another one. This level of blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable.

Adding insult to injury, at the end of the night, the men shamelessly reneged on their promise to cover my drinks, leaving me with a hefty bill. To my astonishment, both the manager and Nicole, the bartender, sided with the men and insisted that I pay for my own drinks. This is not only a clear case of broken promises but also highlights the discriminatory treatment I experienced as a black individual.

The overall experience at Cabo RVC was abysmal. The staff's lack of professionalism, refusal to prioritize customer safety, and outright racism exhibited throughout the evening were simply appalling. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of my race.

I strongly urge potential patrons to think twice before visiting Cabo RVC. The establishment has proven itself to be an unwelcoming environment that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction, safety, and equality. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a more inclusive and reputable...

My friends and I went to this restaraunt because it was reccomended to us. Upon entering, it looked like a nice place and there was a really great aroma in the air so i was very excited to try the food. Our waiter, Chris, took his sweet time coming to the table to take our drink order. He didnt seem knowlegable about any of the drinks, nor did he have any reccomendations. (he also didnt bother to ID us) We didnt get any chips and salsa until after the fourth time we asked for it, although we had to ask the food runner for it because our server was nowhere to be found. The salsa was good but the chips were cold and stale. I ordered a taco salad with brisket with no guac. It was brought to me with guac, as well as someone else in my partys order being wrong. When the food was brought back by our server he immediatly blamed the kitchen which I would believe if only one of the orders were wrong. If it was entered in the computer properly its also something the the expo would (or should) have noticed. The food was tasty. I dont have many complaints in that area aside from the fact that the tortilla bowl that came with my salad was completely soggy and off putting. Our server only came to check on us once when we were done eating and then we had to wait another 30 mins for the check to come. It wasnt even busy. I was observing our server talking in the back of the restaraunt with other coworkers through out the dining experience while we became increaslingly displeased. For a dining experience i was very exited to try, it was extremely dissapointing. I dont think Ill ever try this place again....

This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life! We had a reservation for 8 people at 8pm. We were celebrating my nephew’s HS graduation. We were seated at 8:15pm. We ordered drinks and apps and advised the waitress we wanted to look over the menu and then order dinner. However, at 9pm we still had not received our first round of drinks or the apps we ordered at 8:15!!! The waitress never even came back to take our dinner order. We had to flag her down and remind her she hadn’t taken our order yet! I said something to the manager around 9pm and he apologized and assured me that he would rectify the situation. We finally placed our dinner order around 9:10pm and our first round of drinks and apps came around 9:15pm. At 10pm, we were still waiting for our dinner. I was forced to complain again, at which point the manager apologized, again, and said there were 3 food tickets still ahead of our table and they would get to our order as soon as they could?!? 2 hours after our arrival, this restaurant had not even started cooking our dinner?!? Unbelievable!! We canceled our order, paid our tab, which was $180 for apps & drinks which we waited over an hour to receive, and went next door to get a slice of pizza. What an incredibly disappointing and horrible experience. Needless to say, we will never go back to Cabo again. With all the restaurant choices in RVC, this one is worth bypassing and going somewhere else! The experience ruined what should have been an exciting,...

Food cost break down We ordered two sodas ($3.50 each). Arroz con pollo is $22.95, steak quesadilla $19.95. if you're not paying cash 3.50% more on the bill. Plus minimum 18% gratuity. Food The Arroz con pollo had too much sauce for my taste. Like it's masking the taste of the food. The rice was grainy but dry. It didn't have too much flavor maybe because the sauce on top of it was to making up for it. The chicken was tender and ok. With Quesadillas my spouse tells me the meat was lacking in flavor. Mozzarella was the cheap kind. It was ok tasting overall but was greasy. The good thing is the amount of it was a lot for a person. A thing that bothered me was the plastic cups we got the water in. Its scratched up and looks like it went to war. Like something reused over and over at a bar. What I liked about the place was the atmosphere, music and service was nice. They have real palm trees. A fire place with rocks and it had waterfall on each side. Final thoughts- I feel like the food served is not my go to place for food. Its more of "what's open"? or "I'm drinking at a bar I'll eat this". For the quality of food they serve, it's not worth the price they charge. There are better options out there. I didn't have any drinks other than soda. I suppose the drinks along with the atmosphere and people is what gets people going in the weekends. Food wise it's not for me. The pictures shown are tables we ate in the back/outside the restaurant.

This USED to be our neighborhood go to Sunday dinner spot due to the food being good and the ambiance wasn't bad. However, we had a terrible experience this past Sunday with our server. Heavy set Hispanic male who kept talking over our food and table. First off, he was rushing us to order. After he came for entree order and said there was 40 people waiting to order from a party, which we did not see. Again rushing. THEN! THE SERVER DECIDED TO ADD AN 18% TIP FOR A TABLE OF 4. WE ASKED HIM TO REMOVE THE TIP BECAUSE WE USUALLY LEAVE IT IN CASH. HE REFUSED TO REMOVE IT INITIALLY STATING IT WAS MANDATORY, THEN WE REQUESTED THE MANAGER AND THE SERVER REMOVED IT. AFTER HE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND DELAYED COMING BACK TO THE TABLE, WE REDUCED HIS TIP BECAUSE OF THIS. We left the restaurant leaving a reduced tip and paying our check when the server decided to follow us out of the ESTABLISHMENT AND REQUEST US TO LEAVE A HIGHER TIP! THE AUDACITY. I DON'T KNOW WHERE SERVERS THINK THIS IS SAFE FOR THEMSELVES AND FOR THE CUSTOMER. WE TOLD HIM NO AND HE SAID IT'S NOT OPTIONAL. WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO DID NOT DO MUCH IN REGARDS. WHAT DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR DISPLAYED BY THIS EMPLOYEE AND THEY'VE DEFINITELY LOST OUR BUSINESS.
