I’ve been doing SNS on my nails for years at other locations and normally it lasts up to 3 weeks for me because my nails grow pretty fast. My own nails were so nice and long that everyone asked if they were tips.
I did SNS and pedicure on Mother’s Day morning (5/8/22) at this place as the usual places were not available and by the afternoon all of the SNS on my nails started cracking. Then the next day(5/9/22), one of my ring finger nails broke, so I went back that same afternoon and they just filed some of the SNS off and then added more coats on top of the little they left and since my own nail broke they had to put a tip on it.
By Wednesday (5/10/22) they had all cracked again, 3 more of my own nails broke and the nail polish on my toes started peeling off. I went back on Thursday (5/11/22) after telling the lady I spoke to that if they broke again I wanted my money back to which she replied “we don’t give refunds we can only fix for you.” She soaked my nails and started from scratch leaving the tip that had been fixed on Monday alone. She added 3 tips to the broken nails and did the SNS. For the pedicure they only took the nail polish and touched up and covered the sections that were peeling.
A few days went by and I noticed a little cracking but not too much. The nail polish on my toes kept peeling.
On Friday (5/20/22), which was a week and a day after the 3rd time I went to fix my nails at this place, another two of my own nails broke.
The SNS from this place barely lasted a week and 6 of my nails broke along the way. I ended up going somewhere else to get my nails redone yesterday (5/21/22).
Never again!! Stay away from...
Read moreIf I could rate this place negative 10 stars I would! I came in for a regular pedi. The lady cut my toes without asking. She had a attitude when I asked could I change my nail polish after I watched her water down the product. When I changed my nail polish she then watered down that one aswell. So this nail salon waters down the product. I already paid my bill for my $20 pedi. As Im leaving out, the front desk Lady starts demanding a tip. A tip is earned not given I dont have to give a tip for watered down products if i dont want to. So she kept going back and forth with me about giving more of MY MONEY! I wasnt yelling at her I was speaking to her very respectful and quietly so the other clients in the salon wouldnt hear. Its was very frustrating so, I said Ill just give a dollar and she said forget. I said thank you. Im leaving out getting into my car and one of the guys from the shop is looking at my license plates as if I did something wrong. I feel hes going to try and do something to my car or me. Those people are vicious. At this point Im honestly never going to a nail salon ever again. I will figure out how to do...
Read moreWent w my mom. The person, a male, was OK. I asked for square and he couldn't do it. He polished my nail & they were lumpy. Everything he did was a 6- just OK. I wanted to give "feedback" not necessarily redo my nails since I wasn't feeling the greatest to stay. I told the lady at the desk, she saw my polish was not good. In the middle my feedback, she went behind the register & continued her conversation. I walked to the door 3 mins later she asked if I wanted to fix it. I was thinkn what happen the when i was standing around for the 3 mins. She was talking.I told her no (not rude). She shrugged her shoulders. They got one star. I would like a place that cares for their 1st time customers and not shrug, like oh well. Customer service needs improvement. She was nice at first but when your see your service was at fault make every effort and dont shrug your shoulders. Thats where customer service matters just as much as you greeting a new customer. Cleary the polish was bad, i wasnt angry either. someone should check after the work of weaker employees. That was the...
