Please DO NOT do Birthday Cakes from them!!! Worst Cake Ever!! Went there personally with my two daughters to order a birthday cake for a 2nd Birthday Party. Before I went there I called to ask if they do custom cakes, they said YES (DO NOT SAY YES IF YOU DONT HAVE THE CAPABILITY) So I went there showed /shared them the picture of a very simple cake that I wanted. I requested a tall, cream color, vanilla, cream cheese frosting with a daisy flower in it. (how hard is that for a custom cake?). The staff who was taking my order had an expression of not being sure even though she kept saying they can do it. so I asked her if she can show me the color of the cake and very rightly she did show me the cream color. They said they can't do 6inch tall cake but recommended me to buy two cakes and they will keep one on top of the other to make it a tall cake (That would technically make 8 inch, so she charged me for 8 but gave me 6 inch) The day of an event, My husband went to pick up the cake and when he got home I was fuming & stressed with the look Because the size was wrong, color was wrong, flavor was wrong. It looked HORRIBLE!!! By then my guests had started coming in so I had no option but to accept it. And later when we cut the cake & offered it to the kids, the sponge inside was literally full of water. Don't know why & how!! It was full of sweet syrup and wet like literally WET NOT MOIST. Kids started to say Ewww!!! So my husband & his friends had to run to a local bakery to buy another over the counter cake to replace it and threw this so called Custom Cake. Totally ruined my Daughters birthday!!! Never has this ever happened to me !! So embarrassing that I cried !!!

Also PS - Some part of it I blame it to myself because when I went to place this order, my two daughters insisted on having a cupcake, the colorful ones so bought two pieces of cupcakes and the artificial color in that cake was so strong that the color on their mouth and fingers stay even after bath. That should have been a warning for me NOT to order from them :(

Pls see the picture of the cream / beige color cake that I ordered vs what I received it in hot pink ! (I never even mentioned color pink while ordering) Lesson learnt : Even if I would have ordered a non custom Cake from Lady M or Magnolia Bakery would have been cheaper, tastier & looked...

My wife order a cake for me for my birthday. When I took a bite of it the cake tasted like the wild fire smoke from Canada. I called and explained the situation and the General Manager Rosa told me to bring it in. I wasn't able to bring it in when see was there but I was able to bring it in when Alexandra was there.(she is a manager too) I explained the situation to Alexandra and asked her to try the cake so she can see what I was talking about and she said no need that see believe me. She told me I can either get a new cake now or later for Father's Day. She even told me I didn't have to get a cake that I could get cake slices. She took down my information and told me to call when I wanted the comet in and pick up the cake. I called on Father's Day and Alexandra wasnt in but Rosa was in and she told me that Alexandra explained the situation to her and told her she tried the cake AFTER I left and she felt that there wasn't anything wrong with the cake and want able to do anything about it. Why didn't Alexandra try the cake in front of me when I asked. Rosa was very rude to me saying that I had a bunch of candles on the cake and maybe that's the reason why the cake tasted like smoke. Come on the cake tasted like smoke from the bottom of the cake not the top. Also they had my information. Why didn't anyone call me so I wouldn't have wasted my time. I've been there a few times but this will be my last and telling by the other negative reviews I see they don't really care if the lost customers. Don't waste your time...
