Lane Bryant — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I visited Lane Bryant in Green Acres Mall, Valley Stream on March 5, 2025 to return an item I purchased online. I had no intention on making a purchase while in the store this visit, however as I was leaving a sundress caught my eye. Ms. Shirley informed me that it was the last day of the sale and now would be a good tube to buy it if I liked it. She helped me with a couple more dresses and in finding the right size fit me. I ended up purchasing two dresses at a really great price. Ms. Shirley was very patient, professional, extremely helpful and went above and beyond. She made my shopping experience enjoyable. The store was clean and organized, everything I wanted was easy to find. I went in to pick up an online order and get another item. The associate I think her name was Tamiya helped me out a lot. She looked at my outfit options and gave me feedback on a wedding outfit and even picked out another pant option she thought would look good too. My experience was absolutely horrible for the second time I went to this store location to pick up my online order to come home empty handed. I was told they couldn't find it and asked to come back tomorrow like my time was not worth anything. I left my number and name to be contacted by the manager that didn't happen. I called the online dept they contacted the store guess what package was there all the time. I feel so disrespected and definitely not like a valued customer. SHAME ON...
