Lovisa — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I've been here multiple times and while the customer service isn't great, I came here on Saturday at 2:30pm while the whole mall was busy and there was a sign on the door saying sorry closed for 30 minutes. Let me just say how I came into this store on several occasions just to be absolutely sure before I gave my review. Mainly on their poor customer service. First I wasn't greeted at all. The employees were either on their phones, gossiping with each other about irrelevant mess or both! No acknowledgment from when I was there on more than one occasion.
