Max & Karima are absolutely remarkable! My car was struck across the street back in Late November of 24 on W. Merrick Rd & Karima found the footage of the moment the vehicle rear ended my car & kept going on their surveillance system to help my insurance claim after the NCPD said I can ask local shops if their surveillance caught anything all on my own. Mind you MC Body wasn’t even supposed to be open that Saturday I walked in. I spoke to Karima, explained my situation & said if she found the footage that I’d let em handle my claim to see to it that it was indeed a no fault incident due to no occupants in my car at the time it was struck. My rate didn’t go up, my car was repaired with a brand new bumper, diffuser, even got 2 brand new rear tires as a result of the rear end, my parking sensors were reprogrammed so I can see when I’m parking, the cigarette lighters to charge my phones were also repaired, all my rims got repainted along with a bent rim taken care of & they detailed my car like it’s never been detailed before! If you need your car back in tip top condition following any kind of accident do yourself a favor & just have it taken to MC BODY WORKS! I lucked out, on my trip to NY from VA. The chrome trim on my rear passenger door window came out, and I had to leave the following morning to drive back down to VA, I was just looking for a quick tip on how to get it to stay in place until I make it back to Va. One of the guys(I didn't get his name) told me to pull my car into their driveway and in 10 mins he had the same piece I thought was broken back in, good as new! Definitely saved me a $500 bill if I would have taken it back down to my dealership in VA from parts and labor! Hands down awesome...
