The bouquet I received was absolutely beautiful 😍. Unfortunately, the person I gifted them to didn’t refill the vase with water and the flowers died within three days. The owner Jay was nice enough to try to remake the bouquet but the flowers were past fixing. He was able to provide a different smaller bouquet in replace of the initial one. His customer service and eagerness to fix the situation and make me happy was amazing! I couldn’t be happier with how he handled the unfortunate event. I also received a gift certificate to use towards my next purchase. I recently hosted an event, entitled ‘Worth’ for young girls aged from 9 to 14. Malverne Floral Designs showed up in a big way by sponsoring these girls and providing them all with lovely wrist corsages. These young ladies felt like princesses when they walked into the event and their corsages were placed on their wrists, it made a difference. Unfortunately I had 2 wakes in one week my 1st experience with Malverne Floral Designs Jerry was so nice and professional that when my Closest friend of 33 years passed a few days later I called and got Jay who was so kind and compassionate that I told him the story and how Jeanine loved colorful flowers that I told him to use his judgment on the arrangement. Well I was so impressed at the wake at the gorgeous colorful huge arrangement that they created.
