Fair Warning: No Quality or Professionalism in this place! Never going back. Ordered a few things and a chicken roll. After paying, It was a few minutes later, then they told me they had to make a chicken roll from scratch. I asked about the CRoll that was in the display, and they said it was ordered already & it was the last one. Why Not take it out of the display, Or Maybe a few minutes after it was ordered you would remember & tell the next customer that it has to be made. I didn't have the time to wait for it to be made. Switched it to 2 slices instead. In all it took forever to get the items I ordered, which just had to be heated up. No apologies at all from the 4 people behind the counter, Nothing! Not only did I wait for food just to be heated, they dropped the ball on the chicken roll. Got home & one of the slices was literally half a slice, why would you give a customer 3 regular size slices & them put in a half a slice!!?? I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tori T Pizzeria in Long Island with a group of six people. Being a brand-new restaurant, we decided to try several different items from the menu on our first visit—and I can confidently say it won’t be our last!

The entire experience was unbelievable. The food? Absolutely top-notch! Every dish we tried was a perfect 10 out of 10, showcasing incredible flavors and freshness. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting.

The highlight of the evening, however, was meeting the owner, Tori—a young woman whose warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. She made us feel right at home, which is a rare and appreciated touch in any dining experience.
