I originally purchased a Viper Alarm + Remote Start (Model 5806v) back in October 2016 with the intentions of installing it myself. After tons of research and the thought of taking apart my car, splicing, soldering, shrink-wrapping all connections, etc...I found it to be a daunting task! However, I've had alarms installed before on my previous cars and never liked the way a "professional shop" hacked into my wiring harnesses and created a wiring mess underneath my dashboard. So I researched all the local shops from NYC to Long Island and couldn't find anyone with good enough reviews to trust.

So one day, I browsed Craigslist (of all places, right?) and found someone who said they had 30 years experience and MECP (Mobile Electronic Certified Professional) Certified, so I decided to contact them. That's when I came across Mitch. After a few emails back and forth, he gained my trust because there wasn't any BS and knew exactly what I was talking about (regarding bypass modules, diode isolating door triggers, soldering connections, etc...). I decided to schedule an appointment with him and see his work first hand. It was relatively simple scheduling an appointment with him; we decided on a day and time I would drop off my car, give him the time he needed to do his work, and a pick up time. I left my car with him all day, dropped it off around 9AM, then picked it up around 7PM.

When I came to pick it up, Mitch took the time to explain all the features of the alarm as well as show me how everything worked. He even installed a few extra features for ease and comfort which I tremendously appreciated. I requested that he take a few photos of the workmanship as I greatly appreciated the attention to detail he spent in cleaning up the wiring harness, installing it so that you virtually can't even tell there was an aftermarket alarm in my car! I am extremely happy with his services and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an installer that cares about workmanship and extremely knowledgable when it comes to anything 12 volts! Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Mitch takes pride in his work and you can see he loves what he does. I wanted to replace my stereo in my Chevy avalanche with a new updated system. So I decided to do myself- Big Mistake. What I ended up with was a stereo that did work but sound was only coming out of one speaker. Called Mitch’s Mobile after speaking to him I made a appointment to bring him my truck. Mitch went over entire system and diagnosed the problem. He basically has to rewire entire stereo harness. His workmanship was phenomenal. All new wires and all color coded. Mitch also checked each speaker in the car to make sure that they were all connected properly. I drove there with a stereo playing out of one speaker and left with a great sounding stereo. Price I was quoted was right on. No hidden cost. Very honest and professional. Plus after all work was completed Mitch went over all the features that the new stereo had and how to use them. Mitch recently installed a car alarm with remote start, 4-channel amp, and all new speakers in my Wrangler. I also asked him to check out the existing wiring on the radio since I thought it didn't sound right. This guy is as professional and meticulous as they come. He took his time with the install, making sure everything was done perfectly. He ended up re-wiring everything since it wasn't done correctly.
