Moolala Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Tuesday October 3rd, 2023 Absolute FILTH! My family and I just visited for the first time and will never return. Upon entry, young high school kids who are working the counter completely ignored us and were fooling around on their phones. Directly next to the self serve cups was weird liquid in a smaller plastic cup and had both insects and flies all over it. I literally got nauseous. When I questioned what is was *and why it is directly next to customer cups, I was told it was to prevent the fruit flies from going on the toppings .. huh, really??.. YOU HAVE FLIES AND BUGS swarming all over the counter next the the yogurt cups. She then said sarcastically “but thanks for letting us know”. The place was warm and dirty (no air at all). The toppings station is very messy and most of the toppings were sweating from the interior warm temp. And this is a cool October evening (not hot summer). Prior to writing this, I noticed previous reviews (from weeks ago) referring to the discussing flies and lack of air in the place and saw the “owner’s response” mentioned it would be handled immediately. Obviously, there has been no changes from previous similar experiences. My wife and I lost interest and did not get frozen yogurt. My son went with the pumpkin spice and we immediately tossed it in the trash as it came out with freezer burn. The owner needs...

this place is absolutely disgusting. i walk into moolala, and i immediately get caught off guard by the CHLORINE SMELL. i look to my left, and these girls are feeding eachother the toppings in the dispenser with their BARE HANDS. so unsanitary. i went to go get a cup for some icecream, and FLIES are SWARMING ME and the ICECREAM. the floors are muddy. the people who work are nasty and disgusting, giving me dirty looks because i want some froyo. my friend, jojo, literally slipped and face planted trying to get some icecream. we evacuated the place immediately. why does this workplace mop so early?? disgusting and muddy. don’t go here....

My teenager learned that when you're not happy with a place it is ok to walk out. Walked in and found they had 4 flavors "working" two of which we def would not want. We were going to settle and start with vanilla... It came out mostly melted then just stopped after a table spoon amount of melted froyo came out. There was no body behind the counter. The girl that was was on her phone when we walked in, didn't even look up to greet, then disappeared. I threw out the cup and walked out. Had a milk and bleach smell to it as if wiping with a dirty rag all day. We went to swirlz world...
