I come here often with limited issues, but I am very displeased with the service today. It is 8/27 at 11:25 AM. I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks with cold foam and extra pecan crunch topping. My boyfriend picked them up and when he got home I saw no cold foam or topping what so ever on either of them, and I know it didn't mix into the drink like it sometimes does (it was very clear that it was missing entirely). I called this location expecting a good customer service experience since these drinks are like $8 each, and the woman on the phone was not nice at all, stating very coldly that we can only get a refund if we bring the drinks back. I told her that I wasn't looking for a refund, I just wanted the drinks to be correct and what I paid for, and I told her that my boyfriend is driving all the way back to their location so that they can be remade. When I said that, she offered no apology or anything. She just said "mhm" and hung up on me. I spend so much money at Starbucks annually (it's actually a problem) and so I'm just disgusted by this level of service. Very inconvenient for my boyfriend to drive all the way back to get what we paid for. I don't expect a giftcard/credit/free drink or anything really but an apology would have been nice... or maybe just a little compassion. Starbucks should hire nicer staff or stress the importance of customer service when drinks are priced the way they are. Apparently kids have to wait for their drinks 20 mins or more. They ordered and 20 mins later they were not done 8 people came and went and 6 cars went through. They were going to be late so I made them leave the drinks. i went back to get them through the drive thru because i am in my pajamas!!!! Read moreI was waiting on the drive thru line today and they are undergoing some kind of renovation so the lane is blocked. I saw people in front of me driving around the ordering box so I did the same - it seemed people were ordering at the window.
The car ahead of me ordered at the window, and after like 6 minutes of waiting behind them, I pull up to the window and begin to order. After waiting a total of 30 minutes in line the girl at the window tells me I need to go on line again and order at the box. I asked her why the car in front of me ordered at the window and now I have to go around? She just said her manager said that’s what I have to do…
So I promptly drove away without ordering. I go here often and to be disrespected like that to waste my time is truly horrible.
