This company is horrible 😵‍💫😞😖I’ve been paying for cable for 2 years i was told I could not get internet without cable to find out i didn’t need it and they offered me a measly 150.00 gift card which doesn’t add up to what I paid for 2 years there dishonest and if your on auto pay for bill is changing without your knowledge😫 and the rates are higher without knowing I’m not going for this at all my bill was 63.00 i took away the cable and they sent me a a bill for 95.00 for what when it was 63.00 for both but I take it away and you want to charge me for your mistake😵‍💫 ! I just had the most disrespectful optitmum rep she needs a job packing cable boxing instead of call center they don’t even speak English😵‍💫 Paid my Bill but still getting request to pay my Bill really what’s the harassment...

I recently upgraded to gig service, the service was better but I feel didn't meet optimums promise of a super fast connection. While I do understand that wireless doesn't always meet the promised speed it's was not up to par. That's when Mahadia came in, on a regular call to see how the new gig service was working for me and my family, she surmised the the system was not working up the par and she personally took ownership. Making sure the a tech was scheduled to come in and resolved the speed issues they even provided information about wireless plans that may save. Can't express enough how TERRIBLE the cell service is. Sure, it's cheap, but if it doesn't work, why bother. My wife and I have to restart our phones at least 3 times a day because we keep getting knocked off this low quality network. I walk into the supermarket and lose cell service immediately. If the phone is on my wifi and I leave the house, it loses the cell signal a block away from the house, and I have to restart the phone again. I've missed calls and texts since I've switched to this low-budget garbage. Don't bother asking the store staff for help. They know it sucks too, and they can't admit it. The Dolan family has been screwing NY'ers for decades. And on it goes!
