Dr. Venkatesh I love him and his staff so much and been with them since 2017!!!! I have had my obstacles with my health and went to so many doctors that just filled me with meds non stop, or dismissed me because “ I was crazy, depressed, or too young to feel the way I did,” but I knew I was not crazy, depressed, or too young to feel the way I did. It was up to me to keep searching for a doctor who will really listen, understand, and come up with a plan that did not involve medicine to subside what I was going through, but really come with something that we can both work on together that made sense. I am pretty easy going if a doctor tells me that something will help me I’m all for it especially when medications are not the primary solution. I have no problem to take medicine, but I rather deal with natural things, and if there is a mix and I start feeling better I am all for it. Dr. Venkatesh is that type of provider, I am just upset about one thing, so very upset..... that I hadn’t discovered him SOONER. He has changed my health and my life, and he is a true and serious provider that really listens and come up with a plan that worked for me, and after going through so many doctors that had no clue, Dr. Venkatesh gets me and my health problems. He never looked at me as if I was crazy, depressed, or too young to feel the way I did. He actually listens to his patients, and comes up with real solutions, but Dr. Venkatesh comes up with plans that involves patient participation as well, so if he gives a plan you must stick with it to get the results you are looking for. It’s a two way street, a provider can tell a patient what to do, but if the patient is unwilling to get on board with the provider all hope goes down the drain. I LOVE Dr. Venkatesh and I have told so many people about him and people who have known me before I had Dr. Venkatesh see I was not doing that well, but when I found him things had changed for me and people noticed. I talked so much about Dr. Venkatesh, my husband started to see him too, and he loves him as well. Then my brother was seeing my results and hearing everything I was telling him about Dr. Venkatesh, and he got interested as well, and guess what? He loves him too. If I had more family close by there in no doubt they will want to see him too. So all in all Dr. Venkatesh I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE him and his staff is great as well. They are very respectful, courteous, and responsible. This office is great, just be a patient patient and you will be happy with Dr. Venkatesh and his office, and remember what he tells you to follow I would highly recommend you take it serious and follow it because it has helped me so very much. The worst weight loss program and fraudulent program to trick people who are desperate to loose weight. This place is very wrong, they charge both insurance as well as take cash during the visit which is very questionable. Few of the staff members are nice with the exception to the office manager who tricks people by making false statements to take money. The doctor is also involved in the money schemes they have going on. Avoid this place at any cost for the weight loss scheme. They charge insurance companies multiple for the same procedures, so be careful and review you medical statements very carefully after your visit with this doctor. The worst place never recommending anyone forget about family and friends.... please avoid at any cost, please! If there was a zero star I would’ve given that, and the staff members give the good reviews on google which are fake.

Also the response from the owner below is completely inaccurate since I had to conference the insurance company after office manager refused to get the on the line with the insurance company multiple times. After the insurance representative explained the duplicate charges, she did not have much to say and said she did not have my documents in front of her to cover her lie. Again to prove falsified information, furthermore stop promoting fake weight loss pills/ products and get off your phone and deal with your patience instead of making them wait 3 hours for an...

As someone that actively works in multiple specialties in the medical field for over 10 years including Primary Care, I can say without bias that this Primary Care office has many issues and should be avoided. Just to list two of many concerns, first despite having an appointment, they do no run on time. It is unreasonable to sit and wait 45 minutes to an hour to get confirmation of insurance is accepted, let alone to be seen by a medical professional when you have an scheduled appointment. It is common courtesy to let patients know if you are running behind and to be update on the wait time. Second, despite my health insurance providing full coverage for an annual routine physical, they wanted me to pay $350.00 up front first to be seen and then for me to later be reimbursed by my insurance a week later which is extremely inappropriate and is not suppose to happen. Also they want to have your credit card on file just in case they need to charge you for anything else that may occur which is unheard of. Now if a routine physical on a young patient with no medical history/surgeries/medication/etc is this complicated, I can not imagine how it would go for someone that has active medical concerns or past medical conditions.
