Go elsewhere!! We paid extra to have our table delivered and put together and then tipped. 3 days later a leg fell off our stool to which we realized it was never screwed in. Then looked around at whole table better and found this in 3 other places and an uneven shelf. Called for assistance And was told they couldn’t get someone out for almost a week to come reassemble and assemble our table again. I work six days a week and the one day off I have they don’t deliver or do calls. So I scheduled it specifically said I could do it Friday during the day if they were there before too to which the man told me that he could put a note to try to get there before two, but couldn’t guarantee it. Fast-forward to Thursday and I get a text saying that they will be there Saturday to which I called and said that’s not at all what was told spoke to a very rude corporate man who sounds like the guy on the commercials, so I’m pretty sure that might be Bob himself. Who told me that he would pull the phone call to listen to it and get back to me, but unfortunately, there’s nothing he could do but reschedule. He pulled the phone call supposedly called me back told me that the guy told me previously that he would try to do Friday, but then at the end of the phone call mentioned the date as the 13th, which was Saturday. I said Saturday was never mentioned, except for in the beginning of the conversation to which I said I have no days off but Monday, but I could do Friday. The man never said that he could try to do it. I asked if he could pull the phone call and listen to it with me to which he told me we don’t let customers hear our calls. Now explain how that makes sense if it was my phone call to begin with? The man then rescheduled me for yet another week out and is doing absolutely nothing to take care of me whatsoever was extremely rude to me, said in the conversation that he had a boss cause his bosses heard the call but wouldn’t transfer me to bosses. I will never do business with them again as a matter fact, I would personally like to return the table and go pay more money elsewhere for better service. Do yourself a favor. Do...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I bought a chair at this location about 2 weeks ago. We asked if the chair could be picked up. The salesperson and the manager said that they usually only deliver, but since it's not a huge chair...we could pick it up...after triple confirming that I have a vehicle big enough. And I do have a pickup. So... Today my girlfriend gets an email saying that the order is canceled because we owe $75.59. How interesting. From my calculations, it seems that the delivery fee was not removed properly. Attached is a photo. So my girlfriend calls Bob's on her break to find out what was going on. The lady on the phone at Bob's said that the chair is not available and there is no ETA on when it might be available. So... We were charged for a chair that wasn't available. Then it got canceled because we supposedly owed money on the bill. And then we found out that the chair is just not available and we should not have been able to buy the chair to begin with. Bob's could not have done things more incorrectly, and it was the customers who paid the price by having to figure out what the heck was going on. Read morePlease think twice before doing business with Bob’s. I recently moved to the area and I decided to try Bob’s to furnish my new house. The mattress I initially ordered for my daughter ended up being on backorder and would take six months. Got one on Amazon and saved me $200. The bedroom set that I ordered for myself was going to take a full month to be delivered. I’m a reasonable person and understand that large furniture pieces may take a while to be delivered. Last week, my delivery team shows up perfectly on time and ultimately cannot assemble my bedframe which I have waited a month for. Because they cannot successfully put my bedframe together, they had to take ALL of the bedroom set with them. So I am still sleeping on a mattress on the floor and my clothes are sitting in hampers still rather than dressers. They offered me a $75 refund and could not deliver until today, over a week later. My initial window was 6:30am-11:30am. It is now 12:20pm and I just received a call that the window has changed to 12:45pm-2pm. The delivery teams have been very nice but corporate absolutely sucks.
