Was hard to find help when we needed it, had to walk all the way back to the checkout they had maybe 2 other customers in the store? (we are both disabled it's not easy to walk) when we finally found what we wanted a fishing pole, a portable canopy, And a camping percolator we paid for it but for some reason something in the cart on us set off the alarm? Nothing but what we paid for was in there? We pushed the cart through a couple times to show it was the cart not us!!! The girl that checked up out made a big deal of it till she figured it out like we had to be trying to steal something well it turned out that someone put a tag In the cart where you cant see it she didn't let us leave till she found it! Common sense says if everything in the cart was paid for and was verified then we are not stealing anything I was already in pain from not finding anyone around the area we were looking I was just glad to get back in my vehicle so I could get to the campground and rest it was a long drive I will not be going back to this store!!! Not even to return the fishing pole we found to be junk before even using it! I'll just take the loss and trash it my experience was that bad!!! Also prices were very high! None of the employees would speak to me at all and an obese female employee with short dark hair saw me walking towards her, turned and quickly walked away from me. I've never felt so shunned in a sporting goods store before, especially since the store up north had been so nice! This is the worst, most insulting customer service I've ever experienced in my life! When I checked 2 days ago that hadn't happened so I called again. This time the points were added and I was told that I could receive those credits when they swiped my card at the store.
