I would HIGHLY recommend that before you consider ANY reviews here you understand the rating applies to the previous owners. Previous owners who we entrusted with the care of multiple dogs for over 12 years without a single concern. The vast majority of reviews here since the ownership change, are negative.
The new owner...if there was an option for a 1/2 star, I would do so. I was lied to directly, on multiple occasions both in person and on the phone. After being told for over a week by 3 separate staff members that they had sent prescriptions for our dogs to the pharmacy, I was FINALLY told by the owner directly that had not occurred and if I wanted the medication that my dogs had now been without due to their deception, I had to, and I quote, "pay up" for overnight shipping from "their" pharmacy. For inflated rates, but who cares.....profit.
Look, had someone told me this a week earlier, or when I asked prior to the multiple visits with all three of our dogs, I could have made a decision. It is, after all, her right to change policy. But, that's not what happened. Instead, knowing full well that our dogs would now not have critical preventative medication, she instead chose to be deceptive. For what purpose? Well, I guess we'd have to make the assumption profit? Because, why else would a doctor insist on use of their personal pharmacy and overnight charges after lying to a client for 8 days?
I wouldn't walk, I'd run. We did. I can tolerate a lot. Mistakes, confusion, poor service even... but lying, deceptive practices, and willful disregard for the health and safety of patients....my family members... there is no excuse for that.
ZERO stars. That sucks to say about a business that I referred people to and took my animals...
Read morePlease get the front desk staff together. We have been going here for close to 10 years. The vets are good, price reasonable. However, the front end is ruining the clinic.
Called to follow up after our dog didn't appear to respond to her antibiotics. They claimed they left a voicemail with instructions from the vet. Neither my wife or I had a voicemail. Before that they called me, to follow when they got disconnected from my wife. Luckily I was on a break from work so I was able to grab the call and pass the message to my spouse who was handling the care for our dog.
We only learned of what the vet recommended when we called back after not hearing anything. At that time they did not inform us that the follow up would only be a 5 min urine pull thus we worked it into work schedule for 4pm. Had we known it was only a 5 min appointment we could have made the am appointment and we wouldn't have a dog who is still clearly struggling with a UTI. Instead we are now sitting waiting until what I assume is tomorrow for results(which give the appointment was at 4 I'm not sure why we didn't have results before day end) and hopefully more medication for her.
Also, it's a little thing, but when they talk to people about their pets, it doesn't hurt to look at the pets chart to make sure they are not continuing to reference a female dog as "he." It also used to be easy to get a urgent but not emergency visit. That is no longer possible which is a shame when other vets in the area who we haven't worked with before have easily...
Read moreEverytime I have gone here I have had a problem. Either missing medication, wrong medication, not enough medication. I came here as a new client in May with two new little kittens. I understand that during Covid with curbside service it is difficult, but it seems the communication here between everyone is HORRIBLE. It took me forever to get the right meds for both of my kittens. When I had a problem I communicated to the techs or recptionist and I never really got a good answer. Besides all the problems I encountered, I never once recieved an apology for anything. I had to call multiple times about jsut one issue to get it resolved. Everyone I ever interacted with here was either rude or passive agressive. The vets were not very considerate whatsoever. When I first brought them here I knew for sure one of them had worms, but I assumed that since they share water, food, and a litter box that they both had worms. When they were first examined I was only given one round of meds for worms, even though I expressed this to them multiple times. I had multiple concerns about my kittens and I had to be persistant about everything in order to get it resolved. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. This establishment does not take in to consideration their clients...
