Classic Galleries in Huntington was a breath of fresh air when shopping for my furniture. From start to finish, the designer Danielle and owner Alan were instrumental in helping me redecorate my room. There were home visits, meetings and phone calls that were filled with nothing but professionalism, honesty and a true sense of caring in helping me to develop a room that I have come to love. Time was never a factor, I was never rushed and always felt that they were willing to give me as much time and attention as I needed for everything. Quality furniture was important to me and all of their recommendations proved to be very high quality, gorgeous furniture! I would like to also compliment the delivery staff. Each time they came to deliver different pieces, they were the most courteous and helpful delivery men I have ever experienced. Kudos to Alan for maintaining his professionalism and friendly demeanor throughout the entire company! Such a pleasure working with you! I highly recommend Classic Galleries and thank them for a wonderful experience in making my new room...

So far.. not so good. I bought a mirror off the floor and didn't realize it was damaged until I got it home. Sales person said no problem will order me another one. That was January 18 and I'm still waiting. Never heard back from sales department unless I initiated a phone call or an email. Was finally told that it shipped 2/22. Never received it so called the store again and was told that it never shipped. Finally spoke to manager/owner who said that it was supposed to ship but didn't. I asked if I could cancel order and he told me no. He did say I could exchange it for something else.. I don't think so. I'm not too keen on ever walking into that...

Where do I start to tell you about the place. I ordered 3 rooms of furniture and the staff as well as the owner could not have been more helpful. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous and looks fabulous in my home I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that special or unique piece to complete your room.
