If you're looking for a quick meal, look elsewhere. I came on Saturday afternoon, and there was a wait - ok, expected. Was told 15 min, more like 25 min. Ok, fine. Sat down, ordered immediately. The ramen took over 30 minutes to come out - and all tables weren't even filled, so it wasn't crazy busy. We finally got our ramen after complaining and about to walk out (because we had a movie to catch!). What I found most interesting was 2 guys walked in after us, were seated immediately, and got their food at least 10 minutes before us - while my friend and I had been waiting a long time. I also saw these 2 guys talking to the staff as if they knew them. So, why can they get their food quickly and I can't? The ramen was average, the noodles are store bought - saw them brought from the back the front in large bags. They don't have the deep spoons typically offered when eating ramen - just standard metal spoons. I couldn't enjoy my meal since the whole experience took way longer than expected and I had somewhere to be. (I would've thought over an hour more than enough time for RAMEN.) I might be willing to give this place one more try but 30+ min for ramen is unacceptable. I feel like they are understaffed so I hope they hire at least one more person to cook the food!

We are passionate about discovering the best ramen places, and whenever we have the opportunity, we seek out new spots that surprise us. This particular place turned out to be a fantastic discovery! Let’s start with the atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you feel like you're in an anime, comic, or graffiti world. Superheroes dangle from the lamps, and the walls are adorned with vibrant anime artwork. Even the bathroom, which is exceptionally clean, offers a delightful experience with its many anime art pieces. The food was outstanding. We began with Crispy Chicken Bao Buns as appetizers, and they were delicious! Now, onto the main attraction: the ramen. We tried the MB and Shoyu Tare Ramen, and both were absolutely scrumptious. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. You won’t find yourself bored while waiting for a table; there are so many interesting things to look at that you won’t even notice if you have to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The bar area is another highlight; you can watch the action as the staff prepares your food. It’s clean and has an efficient system for processing orders as they come in. I will definitely be back. This is a place worth visiting at least three times. I'll update my experience after my next visit!

First time here, brought my nephew to eat out for his 14th birthday in Huntington village. Its got a really kool Japanese Comics vibe that we both enjoyed. The restaurant used to be a lunch counter so it has an open kitchen that lets you relish watching preparations of your Ramen delight of choice. I'm from midtown Manhattan and we have tons of wonderful Ramen noodle spots, this one ranks with the tops of those. A ramen aficionado knows the secret to ramen is in the broth, both Ramen we ordered the broths did not disappoint. They were both wonderfully thick, hearty and full of flavor. A slurpee good lip smacked tasteful broth that made the rest of the dish ingredients simply sublime! It was my finicky nephew's first time eating ramen and he's hooked. We also had the sticky chicken wings that were literally finger licking good and the pork pan fried dumplings also a tasty treat. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, chef,Gabrielle was a delight and a truely accommodating gentleman. Enjoy yourselves when you come and there are regular tables in the back for groups larger than 2. Please support this place so it'll be here when we visit again. We can't wait to come back!!

my best friend and I have been coming here every few months for 2 years as our solid go to moms day out lunch spot. we were both so disappointed to hear that the beef options that we ordered were no longer available - we specifically came for the beef ramen bowls(even though they were still on the menu- and we were advised they would no longer be a menu option in the future). we placed an app and drink order and asked for a few additional minutes to look at some menus again. we got our apps and had to ask for our drinks an additional 2 times before they arrived. finally decided on something else - I ordered the tan tan spicy ramen - with NO mushrooms chilli oil on the side - I received a bowl of chicken, mushrooms and noodles- none of the additional add ins listed in the menu, no chilli oil on the side. my friend ordered the veggie ramen and I had more veggies in my mushroom soup than she had. she was served noodles with tofu on top. we certainly could have mentioned this to the waitress but she didn’t come back - not once after dropping our food off, we would have loved a refill of our drinks but that also wasn’t an option since she wasn’t there. I spent more time picking mushrooms out of my soup than eating. when we first arrived it was a little busy and we waited a few minutes to be seated and we were so excited to be at our favorite place, and I understand all business have off days, busy days that can throw off the flow of things but from start to finish we kept saying okay, maybe it will be alright. the old school hip hop music had us coming back but that...

Although the food might be good the people answering the phones and taking orders were AWFUL!!!! If you are in a service business, I always thought the customer is always right !! This was NOT the case. We called and the cell service was not the greatest so i called back . A man answered and I asked for a MB TAN TAN...and apparently, he didn't know what that was ?? He said it called a TAN TAN....I apologized for my mistake and tried to proceed with my order . We then got disconnected and a woman answered . She asked us to hold, and put the phone down and we heard her entire conversation....finally picking up, I asked if we couldPLEASE place an order (after being on hold for 10 minutes)...She told us, it wouldn't kill us that we had to wait on Hold and when I said we would like to talk to a manager, she said SHE would relay the message honey ...really....this is a business. With all that is going on ...where is the kindness, the humility...We have all been through so much, and i don't appreciate when ordering FOOD, I should be hung up on multiple times... I am a Huntington resident for OVER 30 years..I work at Huntington Hospital, and i would NEVER EVER talk to a patron, a patient or another person like that no matter what the circumstances.. She said she's really busy .....Well i hope it stays that way ...Because you LOST MY BUSINESS ...Good luck Jason, Maybe you need a...
