Just had one of the most life changing and memorable experiences thanks to Stephen and the amazing employees and watch fanatics at Time source. 100% recommend going to them for anything you need.from the moment I stepped inside I was greeted and taken care of immediately and they had answers for every single one of my questions before I’d even ask them 😂 very professional shop. I was handed down a vintage watch and was looking to Get it appraised wasn't expecting much, hands were broken and the face and bracket was scratched but thought I should at least clean it up and show case it and get it authenticated and appraised which I was offered to me a decent price on. If it wasn't for their honesty , character and overall professionalism , and knowledge I would have never known I was In possession. Of a Rare sought after Rolex explorer with a topical dial from the 1950s-60s which blew my mind considering I’m not much of a watch collector, but through my experience speaking to each of the staff I was consumed with so much information and I am so thankful my respect for the watch industry has completely changed forever and for the better especially because the boss himself gave me an offer to buy it I could not refuse… $20,000 my mouth dropped and than realized these guys aren’t trying to screw me . from an old vintage Rolex watch that obviously needed a couple repairs that I wouldn’t afford that I was going to clean and store on a shelf and only be valuable to a collector I made a rebuttal offer I’ve always wanted a nice Rolex something g I can wear to business meetings or travel with and be appreciated by both me and catches the public eye so final offer I walked out with one of the most beautiful watches ive ever seen in my entire life a brand new Rolex sky dweller ontop of 2k cash 🙏 I’m so grateful for every second of that experience and every staff member especially Stephen taking the time to teach me and show me things I never knew about certain watches and the watch industry in general from market prices to history I must’ve been in the store for 2-3 hours just chatting and learning. they went above and beyond and made it very enjoyable to do business with them and I’m looking forward to doing more!!! Brought in a fine watch to be repaired, a Cartier. I was reticent to go in there because a while back I had brought in my wife's watch for a battery and was told it would be something like $50 which was not only outrageous, it was stupid. In fact, I frequented a local jeweler... a very, very reputable shop for almost 30 years who I should have used but Time Source are watch specialists and local so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Had the watch cleaned and repaired for $400 which was high (I used to be in the business, so I know) but I guessed OK for a Cartier. When I picked up the watch, I also asked for an appraisal (which I thought they would throw in because it is nothing--I used to write them). Instead they wanted to charge me $200 which was just plain ridiculous, and raised my suspicions. I said are you kidding? They said their prices were fair and to bring it to another local jeweler to check, so I brought it to my guy. He said $50 for a Cartier appraisal, which is what I thought it should cost. I then showed him the watch and asked him how much he would charge for an overhaul and he said $165 complete with all original Cartier parts. So my original instincts were right on. I see Time Source gets some positive reviews, I guess that these people are not concerned about prices or just don't check. If they did, they might agree with my opinion that they are a total rip off, and have been since I first encountered them. I for one am finished with Time Source, and if anyone asks me I will recount their ridiculous pricing structure. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice,...

I recently purchased a Breitling Watch from Time Source Jeweler's in Huntington. I cant say enough great things about the shop and staff there. Stephen was great to work with. When i first went inside I was browsing and he took so much time showing me some of the watches in their collection. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. Stephen has incredible knowledge about watches and was happy to educate me about many of brands and models. I did see a Breitling that caught my eye, but wasn't looking to purchase at that time. Again, Stephen at no time made me feel pressured to buy , and he was happy to show me many options knowing I wasn't looking to buy. I loved the watch that i had looked at so much that i ended up going back to TimeSouce again to take a second look. I had browsed through other shops but didn't find this Breitling anywhere else. When i walked in the door Stephen immediately remembered me and exactly the watch I had looked at previously. I talked about getting it and he was very open and transparent about pricing. He also took time to verify the model and serial number with the breitling website to verify its authenticity. I took the watch home and absolutely love it. Im very happy with my new timepiece.
