G Taste Crepe Café — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

First time here and not the last. Lucky for us this little gem placed a sign on the curb or we would have missed it. G taste crepes is situated on new York avenue, tucked away behind the old helisport store, across from the old book review. The owner is super friendly and the cook is actually a chef. Creative dishes offered; both savory and sweet. We tried several and one was better than the next. Home made, fresh ingredients and wonderful spices and seasoning. Small shop, clean and nicely appointed. Great vibe. The owner is a friendly young man who is creative with his food creations as well as clothing design and music. There is a small DJ area where soft, tasteful club music gives off a cool vibe... His artwork on clothing is also on display. Loved everything about this place. I had the absolute best experience at G Taste! The environment was super cute and chic, and we were welcomed right away by the owner. Something I noticed immediately was that there were some menu items with Georgian ingredients. Was amazed to find out the owner is from Georgia (the country) and some of the crepes were authentically Georgian. I had a khachapuri crepe with spinach and a matcha crepe with strawberries. I am so pleased to say that everything from the savory to the sweet was absolutely delectable. The khachapuri cheese was amazing and unlike any cheese I’ve had before- similar to mozzarella in texture but the flavor was unique and surprising. I can honestly say these are the best crêpes I’ve had so far on Long Island! I ordered the strawberry banana crêpe and it was made perfectly — the fruit was fresh, the Nutella was spread just right (not too much, not too little), and every bite was delicious. The place itself is very clean and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. But what really stood out to me was the staff — they are incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your order.
