The juices here are way overpriced, but not much more than any other B&M. I would never buy juice here. The hardware is also a little more expensive than what you can find online, but the service is worth it. The staff embellishes about what the products can do, but any good salesperson does that. The battery they sold me lasted only 8 hours, but I was told it would last "all day" (which I take to mean ALL DAY--at least 16 hours). Still, that's to be expected and battery life can fluctuate between users.

However, I'm only giving 3 stars because the coils sold here have horrible QC. I bought a 5 pack of SSOCC coils (for over $20 when I found some online for $14). Of that pack, 2 of them lasted less than a day and one of them didn't work at all (just said 0.00ohms when I tried to fire the battery). I read somewhere that these coils are supposed to have 2 holes, but this one has 3. Either way, these coils are awful and I probably won't buy coils here anymore.

Either way, if you have any questions about gear, this is the place to go. Very helpful and very nice people...

This place is far and away one of the better vape stores I’ve been too. Owners are super attentive, they are certainly experts on their merchandise and the flavors. The selection is also second to none. They also have a great and sanitary sample system to try before you buy. I haven’t seen this before. Guys are really nice dudes, and maintain a positive atmosphere. It’s also dog friendly so always a chance and running into a pooch on the premises. Anyone having a negative review I’m sure didn’t talk to them with their issues. In fact, probably just a misplaced projection of a bad day and insecurity. I went in there looking for coils for my istick pico ive been having alot of problems with my coils burning out i asked for a specific coils and explained my problem the guy there suggested a different coils and gave me a discount for my first purchase there and a card for a point system not only was he very helpful i have not burnt 1 coil since ive been there when previously i was changing them at least once a day !
