Crystal and Sage Boutique — Local services in Town of Huntington

Been a few times and normally have a good experience. However bought an $80 Jade necklace that broke within a few hours(they wouldn’t take it back) and tried to buy a stone but when I went to check out was told the price was wrong and they would have to charge more. Then there was some guy hanging out by the owner explaining why I should pay more!! Just not great business, felt swindled and as if they we’re trying in to take advantage and of me. Definitely not coming back, there’s a few other locations like this on the island.

I bought the jade necklace around 8 months ago and when I came back was told there wasn’t anything they could do(that was the owner).

The second incident was definitely the owner and the man(white guy in his late 40s with dread locks and wearing a Moldavite necklace) walked behind the counter talking directly to the owner. It’s normal practice that things are priced wrong? If so that’s terrible business practice! Just don’t put price tags on things if youre going to switch the price at will. No other businesses do this. Even more so with the community that healing stone, crystals and incense represent. The day was March 27 around 3pm. Both experiences let a bad taste in my mouth. This is an absolutely beautiful, clean, & well stocked store and has something for everyone! The store expansion is amazing! It is my favorite of all metaphysical & crystal stores. Huntington is lucky to have it as there are not any around like it. The owner and staff are super kind, always helpful, and very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, and whatever you are looking for, this store will have it. Occasionally, the owner also offers (free) live music and/or chanting and I highly recommend going on those nights. This store has such a positive healing energy the moment you walk in, & I always feel a positive higher vibration after visiting. I am so thankful for this little gem of a store throughout the years and I highly recommend...

Was so excited to drive 2 hours to visit this store until I entered the shop. I asked for the owner who was not in but had a nasty woman covering the shop for a few hours. I saw a few nice pieces that I lived but because of the woman’s attitude I decided to leave and never go back. The woman covering was clearly annoyed she was there and had little knowledge of any stones. I liked a stone that was $25 and she almost sold it to me for $5 as she had no clue on prices unless items were marked. I kindly said “have a great day” and she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even say goodbye. Horrible service and hope the owner thinks twice again about having this woman cover or perhaps owner is the same way. Will never recommend or...
