SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet — Local services in Town of Huntington

Absolute worst location with employees not willing to help. I would actually give it a negative rating but I had to at least give it one star to write the review. Staff left the floor when shoppers entered the store, and when I finally got the attention of Mr. Attitude, it was like I was interrupting him from doing absolutely nothing, yes I said absolutely nothing. He reluctantly helped me with a nasty attitude, and tried to tell me lies about sizes, which I knew was untrue. I have been wearing Skechers for at least the last 10 years for work, and my health system has an agreement for a work discount with Skechers which Mr. Attitude tried saying was not valid. I have been shopping at this location the last couple years, and my last experience is my cause to never return. I would rather drive out to Riverhead. This location needs to clean house, get rid of the attitudes and actually have an assortment of sizes, instead of primarily 8-11 for women. Still, it’s questionable if I will return to spend my hard earned money even if these changes are made. TWO STARS...The shoe selection is great and I am a fan of the brand. The condition of the store and the staff, not a fan. The floor was filthy-which is only relevant since people are trying on shoes, walking on said floor and if they don't buy those shoes they go back in the box, dirty. One pair of white shoes I looked at in the box were already scuffed and stained with black.

There were open boxes, unpacked shoes, and packing materials all over the women's section. There was only one spot to sit to try on shoes as all the others were full of stuff.

I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one of the at least 7 staff members offered assistance or cleaned up anything. They were all standing around chatting and using their phones. The checkout person did not even greet me when I walked up to check out. That is not a way to get...

I live in Queens, but I really love shopping at this store and have been here many times. I just couldn’t resist leaving a review this time.

First of all, the store is very spacious, which makes for a super comfortable shopping experience. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time I come, someone is always happy to help and even takes the time to explain how to get the best value—how to choose the best shoes at the best price, and sometimes even get more for less!

I especially want to thank the young man who helped me today. He had either little braids or curly hair—super cute, and more importantly, extremely patient and warm. Every time I visit, he’s always so eager to help me and my child pick out the right shoes. I truly appreciate his kindness and...
