Spirit Halloween — Local services in Town of Huntington

On the Saturday October 30th, I walked in to exchange or refund. Staff members were very impolite. Also I would expect more from two managers at this establishment very unprofessionally rude, and spoke bad about us when walked out the store . And then bad mouth us and our culture.They continuously argued with us instead of helping us.They did not acknowledge there store policy whatsoever. The staff is really nice and helpful here. I bought an animatronic that was broken when I opened it. Not only did they spend a couple hours trying to fix it for me but re do need me when they could not even without a receipt. It’s scary to spend $250+ on a Halloween decoration to discover 1.
