Filing Complaint for Bayshore NY 11709 Location and will continue to share my horrific experience. Me (30yr) and my younger sister (13) were shopping on 12/30 in this location between 5pm-5:15pm there was a heavy Caucasian woman that worked there who initially was sitting at the entrance of the store ensuring face masks this same woman approached my little sister and myself who were all the way in the back of the store near sprays and check out this woman popped up out of nowhere and grabbed her Forever 21 bag and was searching as if for an item not only without any professional communication but this grown woman came up so fast very CLOSE to the child violating the 6ft rule due to the pandemic, she never asked for consent from the child we were in such shock. it was such a random act of intrusion it took a minute for me to realize we were being PROFILED as shoplifters, when this worker realized she was in the wrong she seemed frazzled and rushed off without making any sense we never received an apology my sister ran out of the store and i rushed to the check out line to buy some body sprays, we left feeling violated and my sister is having trouble registering this experience and wondering why we were targeted in such an unprofessional way. No one wants to walk into a store and be treated differently or like trash especially in such a time as this. Shopped here once and not a single person helped. Also IF you are going to GET A JOB HERE, I am going to tell you that when you go on your 1st day of training, all the manager said during the hiring process get's wiped out.

I got confused by how the manager explained the scheduling, the way she said it the first time changed when I came for my 1st day, then this girl called me up and brought me to the room then closed the door, she told me "You know you only got hired because you said your schedule is open anytime." I remember it's a judgement free workspace she said, then now she is saying I am hired just because she thinks just because I am new, they can put me on the bad shifts? While the other ones "their friends" gets to pick any shift they want!

The sales rep"s girls on the back, honestly? They were rude, and they talk about newly hired reps in front of their faces rudely!

Bottomline, if you do not want inequality, drama, and if you want to be able to say "No", this Victoria's secret Bayshore Branch, is the worst. The workers there are so biased and will not treat you right if you are new, especially if the managers and the people who've been there for awhile see that there is a potential in you. I visited this location yesterday to return a gift I had received. Since I did not have a receipt, I was fully prepared to accept a store credit and understood that the value might be less than the original purchase price.

However, the cashier informed me that the item appeared to be an online order and would need to be returned that way. When I asked how much credit I would receive or when it would be processed, no clear answer was provided. I also explained that I could not confirm whether it was purchased online, as the items were simply in their packaging—but regardless, they were the store’s product. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful in resolving the matter.
