I started journey fitness after watching my wife start her journey and became amazed at the community she connected to. It took me a few months to finally take the plunge after working out with Sawyer and I was hooked. I went to two classes a day for the first two weeks because I couldnât get enough.
Since starting last summer I have been blown away because Journey Fitness is not just a gym, it is a community of people of all different ages, abilities, experiences, and backgrounds. Logan and Sawyer are amazing coaches who make the workouts approachable, fun, and adaptable to any level of fitness. I look forward to every class and the friends that have created my fit-fam.

Anyone can go to Journey, it is accessible to all ages and body types. It is a boot camp style class with multiple stations throughout your workout. I feel comfortable going to every class regardless of who is in the class or who is running the class. The people going are friendly, inspiring, and are enthusiastic to help others.
The trainers (Logan, Sawyer, and Sam) are willing to push you when needed, but will also work with you at your level and pace. There is no reason not to give this place a shot and see if it works for you.
