What started as a pleasant interaction to plan and execute our kitchen remodel has turned into the worst customer service experience ever. Our one concern in selecting a cabinet company was the timeline. We needed this kitchen competed by the end of August. We were assured by Jen b that we had a great timeline and could have the cabinets delivered mid August. We went with bilotta for this reason over other quotes we got. From then on it was jsut SOOOO many lies. First we got a delivery date for August 20 ( I guess that’s mid August). Then they moved it back to the 25th without our approval. Then they tell us the 25th isn’t a delivery date it’s a ship date and they can’t tell us how long it will take to arrive. Then a week before it’s supposed to ship they call to push us back by another week. We literally planned our whole summer ( including delaying a vacation )and many other vendors around this timeline only to have them continually lie about the dates and push them back. We still don’t have our kitchen but for how much we paid for it, this is completely inexcusable customer service. We will never work with them again and will be sure to steer everyone...

Bilotta designer Fabrice Garson transformed our 21 year-old kitchen into a state of the art masterpiece. Fabrice guided us every step of the way, from the walnut hardwood floors to the stainless steel hood set above a sleek Wolf convection stove top. He designed magnificent two inch thick marble counter tops from Walker Zanger, including a huge island with intricate details, the likes of which you can't really find today. Fabrice added details in the lighting, molding and wallpaper. He even helped us choose a perfect polished stainless steel and glass table, and picked the perfect stingray fabric for the chairs.

After the main kitchen was completed, (on time thanks to Fabrice and contractor Guilliame Breton) Fabrice designed a butler's pantry. It boasts a hand carved walnut countertop and commercial refrigerator handles for the cabinets.

The first day of my kitchen remodeling was not a good beginning, The 3 workers and the contractor were outside the home asking for the big check… otherwise they were not going to start working… Yes like we were not going to pay them … like we were delinquents or something… I had to cope with them for three months … very unprofessional behavior! …They entered the home as they pleased with no manners very rude , without letting me know their schedule… so maybe I was having a shower and I found them downstairs working on the kitchen …Even on weekends. Otherwise, the work was OK , kitchen turned out nice, more or less according to plans and our taste, but of course we paid a lot …a lot of money for it ….
