CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Town of Mamaroneck

My experience at this cvs was horrific I started my purchase normal and after it was completed I realized my sale discount was not taken off of the items I ordered so I asked the girl at the register why and she said she forgot to ask for my CVS card. So i wasn’t so aggravated I just wanted the items to be returned and then put the sale back thru with the discount and get back my cash back for the difference. Simple right? WRONG!!! Nope not simple at all well the girl had to call her manger to do the process. Now before I go on they have me on camera making the purchase and they see me at least 3 times a month for the past few years. The manager gets up front with her attitude as always her name is Ana and she goes on to ask for my I.D to start the process I proceed to tell her I do not have my I.D on me she then tell me that the process cannot be done I start to ask why and for what reason I explain how I’m there all the time and they know me and they have me on camera making the transaction but none of that mattered. Well then Ana proceeds to say well it can’t be done and then proceeds to say oh so your driving without a license shouldn’t you have that when your driving. Like always she has an attitude but that just made me so upset. I got to the point where I started to do some math and realized that just from my job we spend over $5,000 a year and thats just my job I do personal shopping there too as well as does my manager and my boss combined we spend a lot of money a year. With all that being said I think I’m going to really sit down with my manager and my boss and discuss taking our business elsewhere because I can no longer feel valued as a customer shopping in a place that allows its managers to treat there customers like there needs...

Picking up medication at a pharmacy always gave me anxiety. This cvs is the absolute best and has made the process as comfortable as I could’ve imagined.
