With regard to marketing and promotional items for a company, they are probably the best in the area, especially if you're looking to be hands on with the entire process. I must admit I do believe this is a very good company. From the initial consultation on the phone, to preparing to make an order, seemed to go very smoothly. They had all the inventory that I wanted except for one item however, they never got back to me about it. I felt like I was being stalled in their attempt to try and find something very simple. I was apprehensive, so I pulled the plug and did not go through with the very large purchase. The studio is adorable. The workers seemed to be very pleasant. The selection of goods well above average. The quality of the merchandise is fine as well. What went wrong here? I really don't know, but I'm sure to give them another try...

2 stars because the work is decent. BUT, the customer service is horrible. When we were there ordering our shirts a lady came to pick up her order which was wrong by the default of Ink It Up they told her there was nothing they could do. What she approved in her email was completely different then what was printed. Owner did not care. If that's not enough, we picked up over 20 shirts of ours getting home to realize that one of them had a tear in the sleeve by the shoulder. It was too late to bring it in the same day so we brought them back first thing in the morning .. the lady told us there is nothing they can do, take it to a tailor. Ummm? Excuse me? I paid you for these shirts, you gave me a teared one and its not your problem? I have to go pay more money now?! RIDICULOUS. We will not do business with Ink it...

I needed a variety of apparel for a private fundraiser and Maria was more than helpful in guiding me through the process. She was able to help me complete my design, offered competitive pricing and was kind enough to make some special items for my newborn daughter. It was so refreshing to work with such lovely people who genuinely take pride in their work and put customers first.
