Update: The owner is delirious on his comment about my reviews being “Farfetched” I NEVER post many reviews because I either 1. Don’t have the time or 2. Don’t care to unless I am really treated horribly. He knows nothing about my business & How important I actually am via the music industry. Dear owner before you actually call me out Get your facts straight. I am the grandson of The extremely well known Weber Grills. And if I wanted to call corporate on you guys. This store used to have heat & great kicks. But now this place went downhill fast. Extremely rude customer service & the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. Tried to order Supreme Cough Drops as a gift for my dad, and the heading for the product stated "no discount." However, when I first looked at their website, a wheel popped up that automatically applied a discount to my cart. After checking out and placing my order, it was refunded and cancelled the next day. Email correspondence with whomever I was speaking to (no clue since they never introduced themselves as typical in consumer communication) came off as rude, blaming me for my inability to manage their website for them. If you're going to go into e-commerce, details like these shouldn't be missed. Just creates unnecessary confusion for the customer.

The attitude and arrogance of this Where’s Waldo looking character behind the counter is disgusting! You say you are the owner, never seen you in the Mamaroneck location EVER! My husband took sneakers in to sell, to buy used kicks, they ask what you want for them and then say oh well never be able to sell these. Long story short my husband paid full price and left the sneakers he brung to trade and they sure did take em! Since you guys have moved to White Plains the jackass level is showing itself!
