Bought a couple pairs a jeans yesterday for my daughter and she didn't like them. Went to return them today with a receipt and was told I could only exchange them or get store credit they said there were no refunds. I asked can you show me where it states that anywhere in your store? They proceeded to tell me it's on your receipt...well by the time I get a receipt the items are already bought so I asked where in your store does it say that? Neither girl behind counter could show me. They got manager on phone and I was told they won't be changing their policy just because I'm unhappy. One of the girls behind the counter rolled her eyes multiple times at me as well. Very poor customer service. The girls were nice enough but they don't make it very visible or plain that you can not return items for your cash back or credit on your card. The items didnt fit and nothing in the store that does fit do i want. Personally I believe that they should let everyone know that when they are purchasing anything. I was told it's on the receipt. Well you don't see that until after the purchase. So not very good letting your customers know. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I now have a 65 dollar store credit that will never be used. I absolutely love this store!! The owner is amazing at helping, she is very friendly and so kind. The clothes here are absolutely beautiful and very good quality! The store is so clean, well kept, and neat. You can tell she puts her life’s work into what she does!! I have been a customer for almost 8 years and I have watched the store grow bigger and better.
