Burger King — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

Went there Saturday afternoon, 1/15 /2023, about 5 pm for a light meal. The manager had handed a customer their order just as we came up to the counter. We were first in line and the only customers and she clearly saw us. Suddenly the lady manager (probably in her late 50's) abruptly turned her back on us, ignoring us with no acknowledgment at all. She continued ignoring and facing away while helping out the employees solely with the drive thru. We did not even get acknowledged; and this went on for an actual 10 minutes straight! We finally decided to simply leave. Worst service at a fast food restaurant ever. So we went across the street to McDonald's and were met with friendly faces and cheerful disposition. Complete opposite of BK! Entire different world. We sat by the window enjoying our food, watching the BK across the street with only a customer or two while Mickey's was bustling with business. have three complaints about BK. The first complaint is that they have extremely slow service. You would think after you wait forever for your food that you would receive a full order. The order of fries was only half full. I completed the survey at the bottom of the receipt for a FREE WHOPPER. When I went to claim my FREE WHOPPER, I was advised by the cashier that in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER, that I had to purchase a drink and a side order & that the total purchase price in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER was more than $3.50. I did not want a drink and a side order. The receipt did not indicate that I had to purchase anything in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER. This is poor marketing by Burger King. 10/12/23 update its been 8 months since my last order. This time was much better. Delivery was prompt. Food ordered was 2 BK burgers & lg onion rings were both fairly fresh, warm but not hot. Food was good & instructions followed. Bag sealed. Satisfied with everything overall. Thank you

Seneca turnpike new hartford location, Ordered delivery last night, it was bad in every way. Delivery was prompt but All food was ice cold. Onion rings cold, king burger cold, fish sandwich buns burnt, also cold. Just a completely disgusting meal, whomever was working last night didn't want to be bothered by customers & just threw in food that had been sitting around & was cold. Good way to make people sick!!
