Beside the prices are way to high and their variety of movies not so wide the worst part is the service, one of the kids that works there sold me an extended warranty for a gift that I bought for a relative and he literally told me with this 20 usd warranty if something happens with the product you can bring it any time and we will exchange it for another product or a gift card for the same amount of the price so I buy it after couple of days after the 30 days I saw my relative and the product didn't worked I went to the store with the product and the extended warranty ticket and the same kid told me that I have to do a process and sending something in the mail because the 30 days return policy was expired I told him that is not what you told me when you sold me the warranty he said he didn't remember nothing about it. If you enter this location and plan to purchase, make sure the balding employee isn't there. He will ask you to sign up for the magazine subscription, he will tell you its free. It is not. If you say no he will ask again, and again, and again, and again, and again until you either cave or give him the same negative attitude he is giving you. He will then proceed to make you feel bad about no accepting a 40 dollar a month subscription to rolling stone magazine. Read moreI was there this evening Saturday 08/24 it was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in this mall! They had an issue with theft!!!! That day and they started to assume every customer there is just came for stealing... the manager is a little kid, with a sweaty arm pit with none (zero)customer service experience.
