I am the Founder and CEO of 2 companies including a Non Profit as well as a Double Amputee. Yesterday May 4 in the evening I stopped by the store to pick up some face wipes for my Business Trip. I only had 1 item in my hand which was only $3.99. I stood in line just for the cashier to ask me if I wanted her to put it back. I looked at her, and asked her what it doesn’t look like I can afford something for $4 out of TJ MAX? She proceeded to say I can put it back for you.
I had never been so embarrassed in my life. This was the WORST racial or disability discrimination that I have ever received. Not sure if it was my disability or my color that made the cashier feel like I couldn’t afford the face wipes.
She really thought I stood in line just to put in back. She didn’t have a clear understanding that I wanted to purchase an item in the check out line.
I suffer enough in life, the last thing I need as a CEO is for a cashier try to force me to put in item back in the checkout line. I should be able to make a purchase in TJ MAX just as ANYONE ELSE. Is this what the world is coming to? Please DON’T FORGET WE ALL HAVE TO ANSWER TO GOD! Regardless or RACE OR DISABILITY you TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WANT TO TREATED.
What if that lady was burned alive just like me, and had to lose Both legs JUST LIKE ME! Would she like how I was treated? Now I can NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THE EVIL CASHIER. I CAN ONLY PRAY SHE DON’T DO THIS TO...

Top brands are found online, but if you have preferences, these move quickly in number of size availability. Number of fitting rooms and their convenience is a plus. ...
Read moreThe Store Manager Nicole is extremely rude and told me she would “get someone to help me find an item in Men’s” and never sent anyone over as she runs away. I come across an associate by the name of Jaden and I came across the same issue of trying to find the item and his response was “I don’t know”. What the hell kind of customer service is this? Then when I get upfront cashiers are wearing masks below their noses and that’s when I had enough. I do NOT recommend this store to any friends/locals, very dirty as well with clothes all...
