Mitsuba Ramen — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

This is the worst ramen I ever had 🤮 the reviews must be paid for because the wings were fried with just flour & then dusted with seasoning after cooking ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR! The ramen had an odd taste to it, was prepackaged with cold noodles and warm broth ! The egg was old & tasted rancid ! The kfc sandwich is said to be chicken breast but it is 100% dark meat, they undercooked it & the chicken was not trimmed properly! The fat from the chicken on the sandwich was white and still connected to the piece of ‘fried’ chicken. The strawberry milk tea has more strawberry preservatives than milk ! The only thing that was delicious was the matcha bubble tea!We spent a lot of money, don’t want a refund or a replacement just want to make others aware of the quality before they waste their money! I wish I seen a review like this...

Good food, pickup order was ready 15 minutes early, which I'm not a big fan of, because that means it sits longer and gets cold before it's even picked up, but I digress.

One significant gripe is that the "hot dogs" are NOT actually hot dogs... if you call something a "mozzarella hot dog", one would logically think there is an actual hot dog in it instead of a giant slab of hot dog-shaped cheese on a stick... they really should make that clear on their website and menus. There is even a big sign in the window that says "hot dogs"...I ordered 2...not hot dogs...just a huge tubular cheese stick...on a stick! Perhaps I'm not hip enough to know that these weren't actually hot dogs.

Other than that, the Ramen broth is tasty, plenty of veggies, but a little light on the proteins. Steam buns...

Please I beg any adult or young adolescent to never order poke from this Mitsuba. I’ve had many poke bowls from this Mitsuba for many years (since they were first open) but I tried today a bowl with specifically chili shrimp and raw salmon. I once again have never had an issue with their raw seafood, but a couple hours later, I had extreme vertigo, stomach made odd noises, chills. I was very confused, I tried to get up and immediately threw up. Now other factors you may wonder what if there any other foods I had eaten prior, had a normal breakfast and a good amount of water throughout the day. I am not surprised at the quality of the service going down, but I beg any adult or young adolescent do not eat the raw fish in...
