This is the most horrible Popeyes I have ever repeatedly gone to each time. I have tried to give this restaurant a break and given many chances to improve their service, but I guess I have been coming in days that it’s real bad service. My experience on Wed November 7 started with an 8 min wait for chicken which I was told about first thing as I approached the drive thru. Second after I paid for my order I was told to park on the side as I thought my order was going to be brought out to me. Nope it was not. After waiting for 10 min and seeing people leave with orders after I placed mine, I decided to go into the restaurant and request my order status. As I entered there were only two people manning the restaurant. There was one manager wearing a blue shirt that I thought was on a break as I saw him leave the restaurant with someone else. So I saw one person who was struggling with keeping up with orders, who also was hobbling on a good leg as the other leg was not doing too well; struggling to keep up with orders. He saw me come inside and instantly knew I was looking for my order. He tried to get my order ready but was preparing for the other orders at the same time. At that time someone came up to the counter asked a receipt question about a survey and the manager happened to come into the restaurant to only hear that specific situation inspite of seeing a line of people waiting for orders. The only employee working both the front counter and drive thru was struggling badly to keep up; on top of requesting that the manager help him with front counter orders upon his return. We are now going on 15 min from the moment my money was taken for my order. Lastly, I had to request napkins and utensils. I believe the manager was high. And when I got back to my office to eat my lunch, I received the incorrect order. I ordered 2 lunch combo mild. I received spicy (hot) chicken instead which upsets my stomache . So in the future again, I will have to stop coming into this restaurant and not throw my money away. I am so disappointed by the service and it has ruined my experience from ever trying this restaurant again in any other location. The Management Team does the training for employees so they miss out on valuable PopEyes Policy and History of Servicing Customers. Workers are rude to eachother and aren't very helpful. Whenever a Customer complains about incorrect items and/or bad display of a product it's never taken too seriously. The food is deep fried in Black (dirty) oil along with other food items (Shrimp, Fries, Pies, Chicken and debris from the prep counter like cinnamon and/or a dry rub falls into the broiler) probably why on Wednesday this location was notified about cross-contamination. The wait times for Online Orders is absurd - The time that doordash, grubhub, uberEats or anyother delivery service or App Order comes through it gets ignored until that Individual comes to the location where it hasn't even been started to be packed then results in a massive delay for the customer especially if there is no Chicken which adds more time to the ticket (common issue). On my lunch break I bought a Rojo flavored Chicken Sandwhich and it was either RAW or Overcooked.. I mentioned it to Management and they just told me make another one on the house like to no effect in checking the Cook side for any type of errors. There is also a Language Barrier that pushes back on topics that have been brought up but brushed off as if they know what they're doing. I Wouldn't recommend this Restaurant for anybody that values their Health & Safety. Chances of getting E. Coli and/or other bacterial infection is very likely and I don't even know how they're still able to keep the place open for business. Read moreI went here approximately a month ago. The wait in the drive thru line was about 15 mins. Then we sat at the speaker for a couple more mins. Finally ordered. They were pretty quick about filling order. But forgot our drinks. Then messed up a side and sauces. But by then I was over it and ready to go. Decided today to give it another shot. This time I ordered on line. 16 piece family meal, with 4 different sauces, fries and Mac & cheese. Drinks too! I set it up to go through drive through and pick up at 4. By the time I got through drive through, it was 415. A lovely human specimen start screaming at me from his truck. Like I can control this situation. Only to get told it wasn't ready yet. Ok. Deep breath. Np. Please pull up into the handicap spot-? Excuse me.. while I wasn't comfortable with that, I did because who knows who was coming out with the food. Waited another 10 minutes. FINALLY our meal was brought out. No drinks. I called to the employee. She did not stop. So I had to pull up to another spot. Park it and walk in just to wait in line for another 5 minutes. By the time it was my turn, I explained I ordered on line and the girl forgot to bring my drinks out. The cashier said "what size? " and handed me the med cups to fill myself. Never mind that I ordered unsweetened ice tea, along with soda. At this point I'm irritated. I fill up the cups and head out. Find out in the truck that 3 of the drinks are flavorless. Needed to be restocked and obviously no one was doing it.
