Ok you people are defiantly getting different service then me. I am disabled without a car or my own means to get around. My prescription was 1 day early and they tried telling me that my insurance company wouldn't pay I had to wait till the next day Lie number 1. I went outside and called my insurance company and they said no we will pay I'm not sure why they told you that. I go back in and tell them what my insurance company said then they tell me oh sorry its NY state law we can't fill any narcotics till the exact day of your last dose Lie number 2. So I call back my insurance company and ask them NY state law. You are allowed a seven day supply on hand of any class of narcotics at any time meaning they can legally fill it 7 days early mine was only 1. I go back and tell them this and explain I took a taxi here and it cost me tenth dollars I can't afford to come back tomorrow when my perscripscion can legally be filled today. Then they tell me its there policy to choose when to fill a perscripshion. So in anther words they just didn't want to when I told them they should obey NY state law and why lie and make up two different reasons why they couldn't fill it just tell me you don't want to they told me if I didn't leave they were going to call the cops its there store they will say when things get done. So I'm not sure what you guys are talking about but that's pretty shity...
Read moreLet me paint you a picture. my 20 month old toddler is having his first serious asthma attack. I’m able to get into see the doctor. He sends a prescription for an inhaler, and a spacer and mask needed for a young child to take the inhaler. I spent three hours calling every pharmacy, text everyone I know with children, even posting on Facebook to find a spacer and mask and calling my doctor desperate for another treatment as I watch my child struggle for hours. Not only was this the only pharmacy that had what was needed in an hour radius. My mom guilt of buying my son toys every time he is sick was immediately satisfied. Brought home the inhaler and mask and Mr. potato head. Went from the most stressful 12 hours of my life to a lovely moment of watching my son, breathe freely and play with a new toy. Which childhood asthma such a common experience and how vital this piece of equipment was, how time is of the essence, I can’t understand why no other pharmacy prioritize having at least one in stock at all times. Dedrick’s now has a new and very loyal customer. Shop small goes for pharmacies as well. I could tell that they genuinely cared and were concerned about making sure to get me what I needed as...
