I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. Back to the Sprint days and converted over. I live on Long Island and was helping a family friend upstate set up phone service on my acct. She was a Verizon customer. We went next door to obtain a transfer pin from Verizon and they were less than helpful. We decided to take what we have and go into T-Mobile next door. I could not have been more pleased. We explained the situation to BJ, Bill and Xavier and they took charge. One was on the phone, one was on their iPad and one trying to troubleshoot with the other 2. I was in awe over the dedication and time of day we were given. After about an hour and fighting with the Verizon customer service team, we were finally able to obtain the transfer pin. Had it not been for these guys, we would still be fighting with Verizon. I am so happy that T-Mobile earned another customer with this transfer. Oh and I cannot forget.... the family friend that we were setting up the phone for is 85 years old. She would have to stand near RT.9W to take calls. On T-Mobile... she called me from her couch and could be heard clear as a bell. I was so thankful for Bill, BJ, and Xavier. The manager Bill was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right plan for my newest needs such as a new business and international travel that I didn't even think of upon walking in. T-Mobile however did have some problems porting in my numbers and applying some expected discounts and setting up a business T-mobile user account, but in the end, thanks to the store representatives and Bill, everything was remedied and I'm a happy camper saving money and getting an extra business line for less than what I was...
