Seriously my worst returning experience ever!! The store manager lied to me saying the body suit was not returnable even it was in unworn, original condition... It was a lie!! The A&O website tells a totally different story. I was cheated and treated unfairly by the store. Some staff are good, but some are really ugly... I don't feel their sales style match the class of Americana Manhasset. This Alice and Olivia really surprised me... in a very negative way... Stay...

I just want to give a shoutout to Angela at the Manhasset store. She was very pleasant, professional and a wonderful sales person. Truly an asset to this company. She was extremely helpful in styling different outfits for me. The store was busy with some demanding customers and yet she kept her cool and was very patient while multitasking with all customers.
